Shipping in Bogota:

To assure the freshness of your roses, orders need to be made with at least one day in advance. Your flowers will be delivered from 7 AM to 7 PM.
We are delivering every week day.

We at Las Rosas de Luz make deliveries the next day after we receive the order as we are committed to freshness, elegance and quality that only freshly beautiful cut roses can give.
At Las Rosas de Luz, we do our best to make deliveries when requested by the client. Just external factors prevent us to deliver the order at time agreed with the client.

Returns

We accept returns when the quantity and type of roses are does not match the order.This does not apply to assorted colors roses, because the colors may vary depending on the season.
